The Headteacher provides the Strategic and Resource Management Committee with regular updates and reports including Budget Monitoring Reports, benchmarking and the Schools Financial Value Standard (SFVS). The Strategic and Resource Management Committee reports back to the full Governing Body. This allows all governors the opportunity to support and challenge the school to ensure spending is planned appropriately and the school is achieving value for money.
Annually the Headteacher carries out a benchmarking exercise. This allows governors to see how our spending and income compares to schools nationally that are similar to us. In accordance with DfE requirements the school has to publish the number of employees that earn £100,000 or more in increments of £10,000.
The school has no employees earning a gross salary over £100000 or more in increments of £10000.
